・Products with wrinkles, dirt, or household odors after arrival

・If the packaging is damaged
・Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as swimwear and innerwear
・Products with odors such as tobacco or perfume due to trying them on
・Products or outer boxes that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・Other items that are clearly deemed to have been used upon inspection after arriving at our company

【Shipping costs for exchange service】
Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If you use the size exchange service, please send the product to us prepaid.
*In the case of cash on delivery, the product will be returned regardless of the reason.

▼ Shipping costs for returning defective products
We will bear the shipping cost for returning the applicable product, so please send it using a freight collect shipping label.


▼Regarding refusal to accept cash on delivery, etc.

If you decline (refuse) to accept products shipped via cash on delivery, they will be returned to our company.

In cases where items are returned to our store due to refusal to accept cash on delivery, etc., we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, and packaging material costs.
Please note that the round-trip shipping costs in such cases will be charged at actual cost.

*Normally, our store covers a portion of the shipping costs, so you will be charged for the actual cost.
*Even for products marked as "free shipping," our store actually bears the shipping costs, so you will be charged for the actual cost.

In mail order, placing an order is considered an intent to purchase and pay for the product,

If you fail to pay for round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, packaging materials, etc., incurred due to refusal to accept cash on delivery or long-term absence, we may take legal action.

▼Regarding returns due to long-term absence

After shipment, the package storage period varies depending on the delivery company.
If you have a delivery notice, please promptly request redelivery to the nearest branch office listed on the notice.
Please ensure you receive your package.

In the unlikely event that you do not pick up your package within the storage period for undeliverable items,
the package will be returned to our company.

Therefore, in cases where items are returned to our store due to reasons such as expiration of the storage period, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, and packaging material costs.
In such cases, please contact us in advance.

If we do not receive contact, your order will be automatically canceled.

If you are unable to receive your package due to your circumstances and wish to have it resent, we apologize for the inconvenience but
we will change the payment method to a [payment method other than cash on delivery]. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and the shipping costs for reshipment.

Furthermore, please understand that customers with a history of returned packages due to long-term absence may have their future use restricted.

*For reshipment, once we confirm your intent to resend and verify the above points, we will ship the package.
*Since the product's inventory is returned at the time of return, we may not be able to prepare the product even if you request reshipment.
In such cases, we will still charge you for the round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, and packaging material costs that our store bore.
